Ethan Lang: A Recruiter at the beginning of his journey

Ethan Lang is Waypoint Talent’s newest recruiter, learning the craft from the ground up under Cynthia. He’s currently studying to become an Industrial Engineer at the University of Oklahoma, a member of the Navy ROTC program, and learning his mom’s business one waypoint at a time. You can connect with him on his LinkedIn profile.

An engineer’s instinct for systems and process is a natural fit for talent acquisition, where the difference between a stalled search and a great hire often comes down to a better-designed pipeline. Ethan is putting that mindset to work as he grows into the role.
