Early Career / Early Talent
Individual Coaching to Pre-College, College Students and Their Parents
Cynthia helps students take action early in their college life to land internships and post-graduation employment. She separately advises parents on the ins and outs of campus recruiting and how to support their child with their job search. The main purpose of college is to learn, and then use those skills to achieve financial freedom. How a student seeks opportunities and builds relationships matters in the overall success of this purpose. This can overwhelm and frustrate students when left to senior year, even when the advice from parents or career counselors was to start sooner.
Cynthia provides a realistic perspective and genuine guidance for students to take action the day they step on campus by offering group and personalized coaching sessions. After graduating from Cornell University in Human Development, her passion to help people live their best lives led her to care for adolescents in need. This ultimately led her to a career in talent acquisition by matching people with jobs and improving their financial outcomes. Cynthia spent the last 10 years of her recruiting career hiring top talent from major U.S. universities.

Your story is important, and your resume and LinkedIn profile is where job seekers tell it. Both marketing materials are still relevant and need to help you stand out to get that interview.
