It’s time to re-set your expectations, re-adjust your requirements, and re-start your search. This time, focus on the core qualities and requirements you need and decide what you will train. This would be a great time to let your team members shine by delegating some training items to each of them. You will get a person who will be ready in a short time and someone grateful too!
